CATHAY PACIFIC TO LEASE AIRBUS AIRCRAFT

HONG KONG, In a statement, the asian carrier said it will lease three Airbus A340-600s from International Lease Finance Corp for an initial period of five years. Moreover, it will lease another three Airbus A340-300s from Boeing Aircraft Trading and it will directly purchase an A330-300 aircraft from Airbus. Cathay Pacific currently operates a fleet of 70 aircraft.
