SMALL PLANE CRASHES IN BRAZIL, ROCK SINGER IN COMA

RIO DE JANEIRO, Herbert Vianna, leader of the rock band Os Paralamas do Sucesso was seriously injured in an air crash yesterday. His light plane went down close to Mangaratiba, 62 miles from Rio de Janeiro while the pilot, Vianna, was attempting a loop stunt. His wife was killed. There were no other passengers onboard the aircraft. Vianna has been airlifted to Rio de Janeiro.
