AMERICAN EAGLE ORDERS SIX EMBRAER PLANES

SAO PAULO, The planes, six ERJ 140, are to be delivered starting from August 2001. The basis price of each ERJ 140 is 15.6 mln usd. American Eagle also put options on further 25 aircrafts.
