NATO: Poland in the AWACS fleet

Warsaw, Poland - The announcement last December 19 by Secretary General

Poland is officially entered in 15 NATO States that participate to the operation and management of the AWACS fleet. After Hungary in 2005, Poland is the second State of the new NATO members to enter in the program for the Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) system.
