RUMSFELD SWORN IN AS NEW SECRETARY OF DEFENSE

WASHINGTON, Donald H. Rumsfeld was sworn in as the new Secretary of Defense during a ceremony held last saturday in Washington. Rumsfeld said, "I am grateful to the President for the opportunity to serve again as Secretary of Defense". As it is known, he was chosen for this appointment in the '70s during Ford administration.
