Alitalia (4): Gandalf investigation was extended
Rome, Italy - About the purchase of the company
The Italian Antitrust extended to March 30, 2007 the deadline for the conclusion of the prosecution against Alitalia because of the violation of the preventing communication obligation on the purchase of Gandalf SpA. The concurrency Authority needed to proceed further details on the juridic nature of the operation. The decision was taken last October 12 but it was published only yesterday.
