EADS: Commerzbank is willing to enter the capital stock

Berlin, Germany - And to buy out the DaimlerChrysler's share

After the understanding among EADS, the German Government and DaimlerChrysler on the sale of the car company's shares (see AVIONEWS for details), Commerzbank, German second private bank, proposed to buy out a share of the European Aerospace and Defense consortium. At the moment Berlin is searching for a solution in order to avoid that the cession compromises the Franco-German balance inside the Group....
