El Al cancels flights to the Cairo
Tel Aviv, Israel - The costs for security are too high, the flights will be stopped at the end of November
The last El Al flight to the Cairo (Egypt) will take off at the end of November. The carrier in fact decided to definitively suspend all the routes to the Egyptian Capital because of the high costs to guarantee the passengers' security. According to the Israeli newspaper "Yediot Ahronot", the El Al spends about one million dollars per year to guarantee the security for passengers and crews of the flights...
