Austrian Air is going to rise flight prices due to drastic rise in oil price

Wien, Austria -This press communication comes close to a global oil price reduction

Wien-based Austrian air company declared on May the 18th to have scheduled a Eur 6 "Fuel Surcharge" on fare prices, starting from today, due to continuing drastic rise in oil price. The company even states that it "took the precaution of hedging 35 % of its annual aircraft fuel requirement in the price band up to USD 300 per ton".
