Mediterranean diet inside ISS ship’s galley

Baikonur, Kazakhstan – The spacecraft Soyuz brings supplies to the International Space Station

Among supplies and instruments for future researches, the ISS crew will receive tipical fresh foods of the Mediterranean diet able to keep their freshness even for 5 months. The new menu was the results of a joined work of Iacsa Consortium (International Advanced Center for Space Applications) of the University of Florence and Coop Italia, a trust of agriculture co-operatives.
