Gandalf: the take-over tender closed yesterday

Parma, Italy - Alitalia and Air One among possible buyers

After Gandalf, a regional carrier based in Orio al Serio, was declared bankrupt by Parma’s court on 28 February (see AVIONEWS), the tender for its take-over was closed yesterday. The names of the airlines who made offers will be disclosed today and the auction will start. Alitalia and Air One are apparently among possible buyers.
