Sydney, Australia - The two air companies offer low-cost tickets

Virgin Blue and Jetstar are challenging each other these days offering about 100,000 low-cost tickets for Australia internal destinations. Jetstar will start flying from 25 May. Jetstar tickets are for sale since 26 February 2004, while Virgin Blue tickets will be purchasable between 1st May and June 2004.
