RUSSIA AND INDIA TO SIGN FIGHTER JET CONTRACT
MOSCOW, The $3 billion contract calls for Russia's Irkutsk Aviation enterprise to help India's Hindustan Aeronautics produce 140 Su-30MKI jets over the next 17 years. India has already purchased Su-30 MKI jets from Russia equipping them with avionics and weapons systems supplied from other countries.
