The Bulgarian Socialist Party is firmly contesting Government' choice for granting to British Aerospace a contract on reparation and updating for military helicopters MI-17 Hip and MI-24 Hind. What mainly party's members disagree seems to be the service cost which would exceed the one estimated by the second offerer. Even considering that Bulgary needs such an overhaul for its Mig-29 Fulcrum fighter...
