The Alitalia privatization decree approved today by the Ministry Council provides that the divestiture by the Economics Ministry may to be happen by Opv (public offer for sale) or direct negotiations. The direct negotiation can be acted by the acceptance of the public offers of acquisition or exchange, that is by security exchange operations.
