TOULOUSE, At meeting held in Toulouse today, the Airnus shareholders, EADS and BAE SYSTEMS, officially approved the launch of the A380, formaly known as the A3XX. This decision heralds a new era in the history of flight, with the introduction into service of the 21st century jetliner in early 2006.
