Deutsche Lufthansa AG will increase its stake in the affiliate Eurowings Luftverkehrs AG as Albrecht Knauf, the majority owner, cuts his stake. Lufthansa will raise its stake from the current 24,9% to 49% while Knauf will reduce his stake from 75,1% to 51%. The increase will cost Lufthansa EUR 10m.
