Airport privatization in Saudi Arabia
Riad, Saudi Arabia - Five Saudi firms signed the contract

Saudi Arabia decided to privatise its airports, keeping security in state hands, announced Abdullah Rahimi, the Civil Aviation chief. Five Saudi firms signed the contract, worthing USD 170m, and they will operate regional and domestic airports for three years. It has about 25 airports with three international ones in Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam.
