Washington, Usa - It is selling planes

Delta Air Lines announced Tuesday that it is selling 11 of its planes and is delaying the delivery of eight more. The company lost USD 168m in the third quarter compared with a loss of USD 330m, for the same period last year; this loss includes the USD 4 million dividends paid to preferred shareholders. Delta said it lost USD 172m from July to September.
