First civilian landing at the Amiko airport
Dakovica, Kosovo - It could be used alternatively to Pristina airport in a near future

Yesterday, October 8th, a civilian aircraft landed for the first time at the Amiko's airstrip (Aeronautica Militare Italiana in Kosovo). It was a Boeing-737 owned by an Italian airline with military personnel and landed punctually at 12.17 local time. The air base, operating since September 29th 1999, is Kosovo's second air station for size and capacity and was build by the Italian Aircraft in 52 days...
