EasyJet passenger figures rise
London, Great Britain - Up 18.6% compared to last year
The European budget airline easyJet made public the number of passengers carried in September: 1.89m, that is 18.6% more compared to the same month last year. The load factor also rose, from 84.7% of capacity last year to 85.9%. EasyJet took over its rival low-fare carrier Go last year to acquire valuable take-off and landing slots.
