Airline fares are to increase because the government break from the USD2.50-per-leg tax on airline flights ends today and major oil-producing countries reduced production levels. Starting today, Delta Airlines customers will pay more for their tickets. "Customers purchasing tickets on or after October 1, 2003, will see an additional fee of USD2.50 per segment", declared Anthony Black, Delta spokesman....
