VIRGIN ATLANTIC BECOMES A3XX LAUNCH CUSTOMER
FRANCE, The airline became an A3XX launch customer ordering six A3XX aircraft, plus six options. It brings total orders for the superjumbo to 50. Virgin Atlantic will take delivery of its first A3XX in 2006 and it will use it on routes from London to New York and Los Angeles. "I am incredibly excited about the opportunities these aircraft will bring" said Richard Branson, Chairman of the carrier.
