BOEING: SLOWING U.S. ECONOMY WILL NOT AFFECT AIRLINES DEMAND FOR AIRCRAFTS

NEW YORK, Phil Condit, Boeing Co chief executive, siad it will be due to the fact that "airlines over the world have been very disciplined this year. They haven't been ordering more than demand warranted in advance". Condit added he remains optimistic about the U.S. economy.
