FRENCH TRANSPORT MINISTER HOPES CONCORDE TO FLY SOON

PARIGI, The french minister, Jean-Claude Gayssot, said in an interview to Europe 1 radio that he wishes the plane to resume flights within the end of summer 2001. He added that a meeting between french and british autorithies is scheduled for December 15 in order to check the condition of the supersonic jet. The plane was grounded by BA and Air France after the crash at Paris Roissy airport last July...
