USA: NOMINATED NEW AIR FORCE MAJ. GEN.

WASHINGTON, William Cohen, Secretary of Defense, announced that President has nominated Air Force Maj. Gen. T. H. Walters Jr. Currently serving as assistant under secretary of the Air Force, he will receive assignement as director, Defense Security Cooperation Agency.
