ISRAEL TO LAUNCH SATELLITE TO TAKE HIGH-RESOLUTION PICTURES

ISRAEL, The satellite, called Eros, will be launched today from a base of Siberia. It will use the technologies of OFEQ-3 spy satellite developed for israeli aircraft industry. It was produced by Imagesat, a joint-venture of israeli aircraft industry and Electro Optic industries. Other seven satellites will be launched within 2004.
