SAAB ERICCSON SPACE TO ACQUIRE MAJORITY INTEREST IN FOKKER SPACE

SWEDEN, According to a Saab Ericcson Space spokesman, the Goteborg-based sweden industry will acquire 65% share in Dutch space company Fokker Space, specialized in solar array production; the remaining shares will be acquired by Stork, the largest aerospace industry in Netherlands.
