PAYNE STEWART'S PLANE CRASH DUE TO LOSS OF PRESSURE AND LACK OF OF OXYGEN
USA, US National Transportation Safety Board was unable to dtermine the cause of the loss of cabin pressure. The year-long investigation was hampered by the lack of a flight data recorder. The chartered jet, a Learjet 35 carrying Payne Stewart and other five people crashed in South Dakota in October 1999. There were no survivors.
