"Sars Emergency": Lufthansa suspends flights towards China

Berlin, Germany - News has been announced today by carrier's spokesman

"The link directed from Munich to Hong Kong and Shangai have been canceled, while for the daily flights from Frankfurt towards Hong Kong and Beijing they will be used a smaller aircraft than now". This is the declaration of a Lufthansa's spokesman, who said cause is reduced demand, provoked by Sars (the atypical pneumonia) towards the Asian countries and specially towards China. (0035)
