EMIRATES FLIGHT TO BAGHDAD CANCELLED

DUBAI, The first Emirates flight to Iraq was grounded by Dubai's air traffic controllers because not authorized by United Nations. The plane, headed to Bagdad, was carrying 40 people, including the sheik al Maktum, airline's chairman, and humanitarian aids.
