TODAY SAIR GROUP'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

SWITZERLAND, Sair Group's board of directors meeting will take place today. Among the issues is supposed to be the decision regarding the possible alliance with Alitalia. Other point could be about the possible split in two parts of Sair Group, separating flight activities from business operations, which include catering, handling, cargo, maintenance.
