Deutsche Post acquires Airborne

Frankfurt, Germany - The operation will be concluded within the summer

Deutsche Post will acquire the American operator Airborne, except its air transport activities, for USD 1,05bn. The German group said that, explaining that the operation will be carried out through the controlled Dhl and will be concluded within the summer. (0035)
