Air India raises its fares for Iraqi war

New Delhi, India - There will be a surcharge of USD 10

Air India has decided to raise its fares by as much as 5%. Along with the hike, there will also be USD 10 surcharge on every Air India ticket. This surcharge, the Civil Aviation Ministry, says will be a fuel surcharge because of the rising oil prices. The new prices will come into effect from April 1. (0035)
