European Commission gives EUR 100m to Ltu

Brussels, Belgium - It heads to bring it back in profit within 2004

The European Commission has given a public aid of EUR 100m to Ltu, the greatest German charter company, sweeped away from the failure of its shareholder Swissair. The loan, guaranteed to 80% by the Nordreno-Westfalia Lander, says an official note, heads to bring back in profit the Ltu within 2004. (0035)
