The Virgin Express wants to purchase the assets and the slots of the Air Lib at Orly airport. The low-cost air company partnered with the French group CMA-CMG and has time until tomorrow in order to introduce its candidacy. French civil aviation withdrew Air Lib flight licence (as published by AVIONEWS on February 27) because of the strong indebtedness. (0035)
