BRITISH PARLIAMENT APPROVED PLAN TO PART-PRIVATISE NATIONAL AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM
LONDON, Prime Minister's bill to part-privatise the national air traffic control system has been approved by british Parliament with 321 positive votes against 228 negative. 37 Labour members opposed the plan because the sell-off would compromise safety, they said. Government will sell 51% of NATS, 5% will be acquired by its employees.
