OSPREY DECLARED FULLY OPERATIONALLY EFFECTIVE BY PENTAGON

USA, The Pentagon team scrutinizing U.S. Marine's MV-22 Osprey tiltrotor aircraft declared it operationally effective and suitable, following succesful trials about two weeks ago. Testers detected problems with its blade-fold and wing-stow mechanism. Pentagon also said MV-22 is ready to enter full rate production.
