Paris, France - French company is interested in buying FiatAvio with an Italian partner
The French company Snecma, aereo-engine maker, has interested to the control or to the 50% of FiatAvio. The confirmation has came by the same French State’s company, that has manifested the wishes to purchase FiatAvio with an Italian partner. Snecma’s Chief Executive, Jean-Paul Bechat, has judged a "reasonable value" for the Italian company at between EUR 1,5bn and EUR 1,8bn. (0035)
