Irish Army buys new military aircraft

Dublin, Ireland - They are 8 Pilatus training aircraft

Irish armed forces communicate that they have bought 8 Pilatus PC-9 Advanced Turbo Trainer for a value of CHF 70m. The aircraft will be operative in the equipment of the Irish Army by the second half of year 2004.
