AIR CHINA AND PRATT&WHITNEY SIGN AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE OF JT9D ENGINES

EASTH HARTFORD, USA, Air China yesterday signed a long term agreement, of five years, with Pratt&Whitney for maintenance and overhaul of the airline's JT9D-7R4 engines. The value of the contract exceeds $50 million. The engines power Boeing 747-200 and 767-200.
