GLOBAL AIRLINES OFFERS 300 USDM FOR TWA

USA, Global Airlines Corporation has extended an acquisition offer for Trans World Airlines Incorporated, TWA spokesman said; no more details have been released, but the value of the operation, about 300 USDm. Is the second time that Global Airlines try takeover of TWA: in June, an offer worth about 380 USDm was presented by airline to buy TWA.
