Launched a Russian rocket with a Canadian satellite

Moscow, Russia – The rocket is named Proton-M

During the night between yesterday and today it has been launched by the Kazak base of Baikonur the Russian rocket Proton-M that on its structure has brought in the orbit the Canadian satellite Nimiq-2 of the Canadian company Telesat that weights 3.670 kilograms and will be used to transmit television and radiophonic programs in the whole Northamerica.
