NORTHWEST TO SELL BACK ITS CONTROLLING STAKE IN CONTINENTAL

USA, Northwest agreed to sell its quote in Continental to settle an antitrust suit pending against the carriers. Northwest bought 14% of Continental two years ago but the stake also carried super-voting rights that gave Northwest 55% voting control at that airline.
