ALITALIA SAID IT DIDN'T LEARN ABOUT EXCHANGE RATE PROPOSAL OF SWISSAIR

ROME, Alitalia said in a press release it didn't learn about Swissair's proposal of rate exchange. That proposal would allow SairGroup, of which Swissair is part, to buy some Alitalia's shares.
