POSSIBLE RATE EXCHANGE BETWEEN ALITALIA AND SWISSAIR

ZURICH, A Swissair spokesman said the proposal of a rate exchange between Alitalia and the swiss airline will be put to the vote in the next board of directors' meeting scheduled for November 22.
