SWISSAIR TO USE HANDCUFFS ON ROWDY PASSENGERS

ZURICH, Swissair is planning to introduce handcuffs on board against rowdy passengers. The carrier has already started training staff to use them. An airline's spokesman said "We are authorized to order such measures if it serves flight security,". He added "before we get out the handcuffs, there are other, gentler measures." Swissair registered 502 such incidents last year.
