Iraq'd have accepted UN resolution (2): confirmed the rais' approval

With a letter delivered personally by the Iraqi Ambassador Mohammad al-Douri to the General Secretary of the United Nations Kofi Annan, Saddam Hussein has formally accepted the UN resolution 1441.
