Checen stopped at the Daghestan border

Baku, Azerbaijan- The man owned nuclear material

Russian agency Itar-Tass has reported, just few hours ago that a Checen man, coming from Azerbaijan, was trying to introduce in Russia, through the Daghestan border, a suitcase within nuclear material. According to the first examinations it seems to be plutonio and osmium, that can be used to assembly an atomic bomb. Official inquiry has already started. (015)
