Coalition fighters strike military mobile radar in southern Iraq
Washington, Usa - As reported by US Central Command
The US Central Command, headquartered at MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, Florida, reported that Coalition fighters used precision-guided weapons yesterday to strike a military mobile radar near Al Kut, approximately 100 miles southeast of Baghdad. The Anglo-American fighters are reported to have attacked "in response to Iraqi hostile acts against Coalition aircraft monitoring the Southern No-Fly Zone"....
